What can we do to help finance your purchase?

Startin Tractors Limited only offer advice on consumer credit products relating to the services we provide.

These services include Hire Purchase, Lease and Contract hire. We offer financial services from the manufacturers finance houses listed below.

For Case IH products we typically introduce you to CNH Industrial Capital LTD.

For Isuzu products we typically introduce you to IM Finance LTD.

For Isuzu contract hire we typically introduce you to Lex Autolease.

For Krone and Amazone products we typically introduce you to De Lage Landen Leasing Limited (DLL)

For used equipment and vehicles we typically introduce you to any of the above.

Do you have to pay for our help?

We do not charge a fee for the introduction to the finance provider; we typically receive a commission payment from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. The nature of this commission is either a fixed fee or percentage of the amount you borrow. All lenders that we work with pay commission, however, the commission received does not affect the amount you pay under your finance agreement. The amount of commission can be made available to you on request.

Can we give independent financial advice and/or debt advice?

No, we are neither an independent financial adviser nor an independent debt adviser and so are unable to provide you with independent debt advice on the management of your debts. Any opinion and/or statements we provide are given on our behalf and the lenders we work with have no liability whatsoever for such opinion or statement.

What can you do if you wish to complain about our services?

We always aim to provide a first-class service, however if you have any cause for complaint any enquiry can be raised by either writing to the address or calling us on the telephone no. at the top of this page.

Before the sale you can expect:

A recommendation based on your personal circumstance and the information you provide. To have any significant and exclusions or exceptions of the contract brought to your attention. A clear statement of price, including where applicable a breakdown of any interest charges. Details of your cancellation rights and our complaints procedure. Copies of your agreement or information as to when these documents will be dispatched.

After the sale you can expect:

Not to encounter any barriers to cancelling your agreements within regulatory agreed timelines. To have any complaint dealt with in a timely professional manner.
